Modern technologies and artificial intelligence are requirements of the current era, which is why most countries are seeking to acquire artificial intelligence technologies in order to keep up with modernization and global development. However, the science of artificial intelligence remains mysterious and poorly understood by many people. This study will attempt to address the conceptual and theoretical aspects of artificial intelligence through three axes: In the first axis, we will examine its definition and origin. In the second axis, we will emphasize its importance, characteristics, and advantages. Finally, in the last axis, we will address the explanatory theories of artificial intelligence in international relations.
