Recently, AI technology has developed rapidly and has had a significant impact on society. In response, the 2022 revised curriculum emphasizes not only the development of digital literacy but also foundational literacies in language and mathematics. In particular, the importance of AI ethics education is growing as various ethical issues emerge from AI advancement. This study examines AI ethics principles proposed by the OECD, UNESCO, and the Ministry of Science and ICT, and identifies key elements to be addressed in classroom instruction. Based on these principles, a total of five lessons were designed, incorporating various instructional methods such as flipped learning, inquiry-based learning, problem-based learning, and collaborative group work. In the lessons, students first explore AI ethics principles, investigate real-world problems related to AI, and determine which ethical principles are necessary to address those problems. They then develop ethical guidelines from the perspectives of both users and developers, and express their ideas using digital tools.
