This study investigated the relationship between Personality Traits and youth attitudes toward Artificial Intelligence generated content. A sample of 300 Pakistani youth aged 18–25 years completed the Big Five Personality Inventory and the Artificial Intelligence Attitude Scale to assess personality profiles and responses to Artificial Intelligence generated media. Quantitative analysis revealed that openness and extraversion were positively associated with trust and engagement with Artificial Intelligence content, whereas conscientiousness and neuroticism predicted skepticism and ethical concerns. Gender differences in attitudes were also explored. The findings highlight the role of individual personality in shaping perceptions of Artificial Intelligence with implications for developers, educators, and policymakers seeking to promote Artificial Intelligence literacy and ethical engagement. These insights contribute to a nuanced understanding of how personality-driven differences influence the acceptance, trust, and perceived credibility of Artificial Intelligence generated content among youth.
