The integration of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) in healthcare offers transformative potential to enhance operational efficiency, improve patient outcomes, and ensure financial sustainability. To support their effective implementation, this study proposes a multidimensional framework for evaluating the feasibility, benefits, and risks of these technologies within the healthcare sector. The framework is structured around five key dimensions: Contextualization and Definition, Technical Analysis, Patient-Care Impact, Economic Evaluation, and Monitoring and Governance. It adopts a comprehensive approach that combines measurable metrics with qualitative assessments, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, stakeholder engagement, and ethical standards. Key findings underscore the potential of RPA and AI to streamline administrative workflows, enhance diagnostic precision, and optimize resource utilization, while addressing critical issues such as regulatory compliance and data protection.
