The case series explores the presentation and management of dentigerous cysts in pediatric and young adult patients. The first case involves an 8-year-old male with a 15-day history of facial swelling. Investigations, including occlusal radiograph, FNAC, CBCT, and biopsy, confirmed a dentigerous cyst associated with tooth 44, treated by marsupialization and extraction of deciduous teeth. The second case describes a 25-year-old male with a missing upper right tooth, previously experiencing mobility and pus discharge. Diagnostic tests, including a pulp vitality test, OPG, FNAC, and biopsy, confirmed a dentigerous cyst with focal calcification, treated by enucleation and tooth extraction. These cases highlight the importance of early diagnosis and tailored surgical management to prevent complications, highlighting the need for comprehensive diagnostic approaches and regular follow-up.
