The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into Human Resource (HR) operations is transforming traditional workforce management by enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and strategic decision-making. This paper explores the evolving role of AI in core HR functions such as talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance evaluation, and workforce analytics. AI-driven tools offer significant opportunities, including automation of repetitive tasks, data-driven insights for decision-making, and personalized employee experiences. However, the implementation of AI also introduces notable challenges such as data privacy concerns, algorithmic bias, lack of transparency, and resistance to change within organizations. This study examines both the transformative potential and the limitations of AI in HR, emphasizing the need for ethical governance, robust data strategies, and a balanced human-AI collaboration. The findings suggest that while AI presents substantial opportunities for innovation in HR practices, its successful integration requires careful planning, stakeholder engagement, and ongoing evaluation to ensure equitable and effective outcomes.
