Dandy-Walker malformation is a rare congenital malformation that involves the cerebellum and the fourth ventricle. Symptoms, which often occur in early infancy, include developmental delay, enlarged head circumference, or signs and symptoms of hydrocephalus. We present the case of a 70-year-old female who has led a normal life with an incidental Dandy-Walker malformation discovery.
