This study aimed to examine the relationship between nursing managers’ leadership styles and the characteristics of a learning organization from nurses’ perspectives in educational and medical centers in Isfahan. Understanding this relationship can guide the development of professional training programs and improve organizational efficiency in healthcare settings. This cross-sectional study was conducted in 2017 on 190 nurses working in hospitals affiliated with Isfahan University of Medical Sciences, using quota sampling. Data collection tools included standardized questionnaires on learning organization characteristics and leadership styles of managers. Data were analyzed with Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 20 using descriptive statistics (tables, mean, standard deviation) and inferential statistics (Pearson correlation coefficient) at a significance level of 0.05. The findings indicated that the characteristics of a learning organization were at a moderate level.
