Background & Aims Providing high-quality services in service organizations, especially healthcare organizations, is crucial. Quality services can lead to patient satisfaction and reduce costs. This study aims to survey nurses' perceptions of the quality of nursing care provided in hospitals affiliated to Iran University of Medical Sciences (IUMS), Tehran, Iran. Keywords: Quality assessment, Nursing Care, Quality Materials & Methods This descriptive cross-sectional study was conducted on 265 nurses working in hospitals affiliated to IUMS in 2021, who were selected using stratified sampling with proportional allocation. The data collection tools included a sociodemographic form and the Scale of Perception of Nursing Activities that Contribute to Nursing Care Quality (EPAECQC). Results The mean age of participants was 34.32±7.39 years, and most of them were female (67.2%). The mean total EPAECQC score was 76.35±12.50, with the highest score in the dimension of responsibility/rigor (3.28±0.54) and the lowest score in the dimension of health promotion (2.79±0.70).
