The article studies the mismatch between the level of educational training of students in the field of 3D graphics and the current requirements of the labour market, which is characterised by high dynamism, constant updating of tools and a transition to a skill-based hiring model. It has been established that educational programmes do not always manage to adapt to technological changes, as a result the students and young professionals face difficulties in professional self-identification and a lack of analytics regarding current competencies. This raises the question of developing specialised AI chatbots capable of combining labour market analysis with educational and career recommendations. The aim of the study was to identify the educational and professional needs of students, young professionals and teachers in the field of 3D graphics as a prerequisite for developing a prototype AI chatbot.
