In today's technological age, mobile apps have become an essential tool that simplifies complex activities and enhances everyday life. Despite all these developments, there is still a glaring disconnect in public safety management and critical service delivery. The majority of older systems used for reporting emergencies and utility failures are fragmented, employing different hotlines and platforms for fire, police, medical, and utility services. This results in significant inefficiencies and delays, with precious seconds lost wading through a complex and uncoordinated network. To ease these problems, this suggested work utilizes decision tree and geo location data for the common response system for emergency and utility services provides a focal point that makes the reporting process easy. It enhances public safety and service provision by capitalizing on precise geolocation for precise location determination and improved dispatching and incorporating a decision tree algorithm to achieve rapid incident triage and prioritization.
