Objective: to analyze the legal aspects of information and cybersecurity of the corporate sector of the economy in the context of modern features of cybercrime in the field of ICT and digital technologies. Research methods: comparative legal analysis of the current national and international legislation in the field of cybersecurity and the practice of its application, as well as conceptual systematic research of the legal aspects of cybersecurity. Result: the formation of the current paradigm of cybersecurity in the corporate sector both in the national economy and on a global scale, which is largely determined by the new paradigm of cybercrime, which combines the features of organized and economic crime with the use of modern computer equipment, software and other technical means in digital cyberspace, is stated. It is concluded that the rapid development of information technologies led to the formation of a new type of crime outside the framework of the traditional understanding of crime in the field of information technology. In this regard, it is extremely necessary to improve the entire array of legislation in the areas of application of information and digital technologies.
