ICE report confirms that systems thinking is improving the delivery of major projects

ICE has published a follow-up to its well-received 2020 report proposing greater use of systems thinking to improve delivery of major infrastructure projects. Project lead Andrew McNaughton introduces the second report, which confirms that the approach is working in practice.
