New PAS 128 standard helps put Britain's underground utilities on the map

The Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) has worked with BSI over the past 3 years to develop a new UK specification for underground utility detection, verification and location. Lead author Ian Bush of the ICE geospatial engineering panel introduces this much-needed new standard.
