Britain's infrastructure contractors report more work but a shortage of skills

The Civil Engineering Contractors Association (CECA) represents most of the UK's civil engineering contractors. Chief executive Alasdair Reisner says his members' orders are up but skills in Britain's infrastructure sector are in short supply.
