Revised building regulations for England require fabric energy efficiency calculation

Revisions to the English building regulations came into force last month, requiring the fabric energy efficiency of new dwellings to be calculated along with the achievement of lower carbon dioxide emissions. David Bleicher of BSRIA explains.
