Legal issues of collaborative electronic working in construction

Chris Carter, Ed White, Tarek Hassan, Mark Shelbourn, Andrew Baldwin · Proceedings of the Institution of Civil Engineers - Civil Engineering · 2002

This paper reports on findings from eLEGAL, an EU-funded research project to enable the legally admissible use of information and communication technology in construction projects.
