ABSTRACT: The authors propose a new IoT-enabled bio-impedance device using the ESP32 microcontroller to facilitate real-time health monitoring. Bioimpedance analysis is a non-invasive method to assess various physiological parameters, including body composition, hydration status, and tissue health. By integrating bio-impedance analysis with IoT capabilities, the proposed device enables continuous data acquisition and remote monitoring, thereby enhancing personalized healthcare management. The ESP32's low-power consumption and built-in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth functionalities make it an ideal platform for this application. The device transmits bioimpedance measurements to a cloud-based platform, where data is stored and analyzed, providing healthcare professionals and users with accessible, real-time health information. The proposed device demonstrates accurate impedance measurements and reliable data transmission, highlighting the potential of IoT-based bioimpedance devices in advancing remote health monitoring solutions.
