Excellence is beyond the reach of a mere mortal, but as a group, individuals can compensate for each other's weaknesses and strive for greater things. However, the amalgamation of many is not sufficient to yield progress. Each person must strive to improve him/her self so as to have the capacity to improve others. The future will belong to those who have the knowledge to handle it.
