A new report on the provision of epilepsy services in England has been published by Epilepsy Action (2009) exposing significant deficits in the diagnosis, management and treatment of people with epilepsy. The report surveyed all acute trusts and primary care trusts (PCTs) in England and had a response rate of 54% from PCTs and 69% from acute trusts.
