This month I write to ask for the help and support of all our subscribers and readers, to determine the future direction of the British Journal of Neuroscience Nursing. All journals published by the Mark Allen Group undergo a major review periodically to identify whether they meet the needs of their respective readers. As BJNN has now been in existence for two and a half years, it is our turn to go through this process in October.
