The Council of Deans and Heads of UK University Faculties for Nursing and Heath Professionals has expressed serious concerns over cuts in funding for nursing education (2006). The Council of Deans is right to be concerned. So should the entire nursing profession as cuts could have an impact on us all for many years to come.
