Abstract Artificial Intelligence (AI) rapidly changes many industries, and its foray into mental health care is no different. It carries great latent to change the very way mental health facilities are presently carried; however, any deployment must consider ethical considerations and a sense of responsibility. The journey must navigate existing bottlenecks with an eye on the future to harness the promise of AI on the Internet of Medical Things (IoMT) in extending and improving mental health provision in terms of access, further effectiveness, and integrity-Good for the individual as well as for society. This paper presents a brief survey on the current challenges with mental stress faced by humans, especially the stress with the present generation adolescence group. Psychological health is more important than financial wealth in the current era, thereby proposing a methodology based on the amalgamation of intelligence and internet of medical things which can help in identifying stress and risk at the earlier stages.
