Quality control in engineering undergraduate teaching — some issues raised at individual course level In an attempt to apply quality principles to a course of lecture, tutorial and laboratory classes, BS5750, an industrial standard, translated into course requirements and “customers“ are identified. A service specification and a quality system are developed and an example of course design using this approach is provided.
