A Survey of Industrial Attitudes to Undergraduate Electrical Engineering Courses

A questionnaire survey of the opinions of major employers of Electrical Engineering graduates concerning the relevance to their needs of undergraduate courses in this discipline, in the University of Salford, has been conducted. The generally poor response does not allow detailed comparisons to be made, but a few of the more important consensus views concerning the style of courses and the qualities of graduates are summarized.
