The technique and preliminary results of cryosurgery in 15 patients with penile carcinoma in stage T<sub>1–3</sub>N₀M₀ are presented. All the patients but 1 were free of their disease for more than 3 years. In 1 case repeated cryosurgery resulted in cure.
