A well documented case of intracranial Hodgkin’s granuloma is reported in 22-year-old patient. The presenting symptoms were recurrent convulsions. He had disseminated Hodgkin’s disease which was diagnosed four years earlier. The patient has successfully been treated with surgical resection, and the disseminated disease is under control with chemotherapy.
