Treatment of Recurrent Burkitt’s Tumor with Autologous Remission Plasma

An American patient with lymphosarcoma of the Burkitt type was treated with autologous remission plasma following relapse of his disease. No therapeutic effect was noted within a two-day period. Assay of the remission plasma for anti-HLV antibodies was negative. This case is compared with the successful results of similar treatment reported in the literature.
