A case is presented of a 60-year-old woman with 6 months of progressing severe dyspnea and cyanosis without edema or vein distension. Angiocardiography showed a right atrial myxoma with a large right to left shunt at the atrial level. The tumor was removed using cardiopulmonary bypass technique and the patient recovered. One year later she was perfectly healthy.
