Bibliometric Analysis of the 40‐Year History of <i>Public Health Nursing</i> (1984–2024)

ABSTRACT Objective This study was conducted in honor of Public Health Nursing ’s 40th anniversary. The study was unique as it provided the first bibliometric analysis revealing the evolution of Public Health Nursing's publications. Design and Methods This study was a bibliometric analysis. The study was carried out by analyzing 2985 publications. Data were collected from the Web of Science Core Collection (WoSCC) database on December 31, 2024. The data analysis and graphical presentation were conducted using the Bibliometrix Package in R software and WoSCC. Results Public Health Nursing has had a rapidly growing impact on the field of public health nursing in terms of publications and citations.
