SUMMARYSeventy‐six patients with multiple sclerosis were questioned as to the occurrence of orofacia1 symptomS. A total of 52 patients (68.4%) reported a positive history after the onset of their neurologic condition, and 5 (6.6%) listed an orofacial symptom as an initial symptom. Dental treatment did not appear to be a precipitating factor in either the onset or exacerbation of MS.
