Tracheal bronchus misdiagnosed as tuberculosis

SUMMARYWe present an uncommon case of a congenital tracheal bronchus, diagnosed on a CT scan of the chest, which was performed on a patient with long‐ standing right upper lobe reticulonodular lung changes, assumed to be due to tuberculosis.
