Magnetic resonance imaging of pregnancy in suspected uterine anomaly

SUMMARYUterine malformation is associated with higher rate of obstetrical complication. Ultrasound cannot reliably delineate the uterine abnormality, especially in obese women. These two case reports illustrate the value of MRI in depicting the uterine and fetal anatomy, thus assisting the appropriate management of these patients.
