SUMMARYA case of Wegener's granulomatosis is described in which meningeal thickening and enhancement was demonstrated on MR imaging. The diagnosis was suggested by the clinical picture, imaging findings and a positive anti‐neutrophil cytoplasmic antibody; and confirmed by biopsy of ethmoidal tissue.
