SUMMARYWe report a case of the Wildervanck (cervico‐oculo‐acoustic) syndrome exhibiting Klippel–Feil anomaly, congenital sensorineural deafness and bilateral sixth nerve palsy. Associated anomalies included short stature, microcephaly, mental retardation, and cleft palate.
