ABSTRACTA patient is described with a large diverticular mass presenting with a clinical picture suggestive of locally advanced ovarian malignancy. Computed tomography demonstrated diffuse thickening of the wall of the sigmoid colon with infiltration of the peri‐colonic fat. The imaging diagnosis of primary bowel wall disease was confirmed pathologically.
