SUMMARYThe pulmonary radiographic changes in a 41 year old man with pseudoxanthoma elasticum, consisting of widespread bilateral nodular ill‐defined opacities of high radio‐opacity, were shown by lung biopsy to be due to pulmonary calcification secondary to elastic tissue damage.
