SUMMARYEight cases of odontoma – three of them huge complex odontomas – are presented. The tumour is most often discovered as an incidental finding accompanying unerupted, maldeveloped or malaligned primary or secondary teeth. Odontomas usually show characteristic, easily recognisable radiographic features.
