Obstructive Jaundice — An Unusual Presentation of a Secondary Deposit

SUMMARYA well defined eccentric filling defect at the lower end of the common bile duct causing obstruction with dilatation of the biliary system is presented as a sign of a secondary deposit in the head of the pancreas.
