SUMMARYImmediate intravenous pyelography has been performed over a period of two years in various acute clinical conditions. This procedure was found to be of great value in the diagnosis of nn‐opaque calculi, small calculi in the lower ureter, traumatic conditions, and in the differential diagnosis of the acute abdomen.
