Nuclear pattern of HP1β with deleted chromo‐shadow domain (green fluorescence of GFP) and A‐type lamins (red fluorescence of mCherry) in wild type mouse embryonic fibroblasts (MEFs). Image acquisition was performed in living cells by laser scanning confocal microscopy.
