A newcomer to nursing, Billye Guthrie has had the unique opportunity to witness nursing through nascent eyes at ICN's Congress in Vancouver, Canada, in 1997 as a Helene Fuld Fellow and at the International Cancer Congress in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, in 1998 as a Distinguished Helene Fuld Scholar.
