Low‐voltage, low‐power, second‐generation current conveyors

AbstractThis paper proposes second‐generation current conveyors (CCII's) for low supply voltage operation. The power consumption of the proposed circuits is much lower than that of a conventional circuit. A method for reducing the effect caused by channel‐length modulation is also proposed.
