AbstractWe report on a 12‐year‐old girl with a severe subacute to chronic bifrontal leukoencephalopathy. By clinical, biochemical, radiological, and neuropathological criteria, a diagnosis of inflammatory myelinoclastic diffuse sclerosis was reached. This is the third fully documented case.
