AbstractFour examples of grossly mineralized lesions of the brain, causing seizures, are described; they include 2 hamartomas, a choristoma (novel associations), and an idiopathic “brain stone.” Each was detectable with routine roentgenograms, and the seizures were ameliorated by surgical therapy.
