This study shows that plasma p‐tau231 may be a more robust indicator of Aβ and tau pathologies in pre‐clinical Alzheimer's disease than plasma p‐tau181. Associations of p‐tau231 with flortaucipir (Tau‐PET) binding was mainly observable in the precuneus, medial and lateral temporal, and parietal regions. See paper in this issue by Meyer et al.
