AbstractThere is a need for a system to classify various forms of arthrogryposis. None is satisfactory or complete. Nevertheless, several have been developed to meet the needs of clinicians, prenatal diagnosticians, researchers, and basic scientists. They all await more insight into basic mechanisms.
