Standard Laboratory Equipment

AbstractThis appendix unit lists standard pieces of equipment for the modern neuroscience laboratory. More specialized equipment is also itemized in the materials list of each protocol throughout the series. In the individual materials lists no attempt has been made to list all items required for each procedure, but only those items that might not be readily available in the laboratory or that require special preparation.
