AbstractScintillation proximity assay technologies provide a rapid non‐separation method to measure common biological interactions using radioactively tagged molecules. This unit identifies potential uses of the technology for the measurement of receptor‐ligand binding, cAMP accumulation, GTP binding to heterotrimeric G proteins, protease activity and cellular uptake.
